our love of sleep

my dad always woke up a lot earlier than me or my mom. especially my mom, who likes to stay up late and then sleep until the afternoon. i remember he used to make fun of my mom and say that if he never woke her up, she would sleep until who-knows-when. he used to tell me how sometimes he would experiment and see what her "natural wake-up" time was, and she would sleep past breakfast, lunch and almost dinner.

i was missing my dad's concept of "natural wake-up" time this weekend, when i tried to use it to catch up on sleep lost from the past few busy months. i miss my dad waking me up on the weekends (actually, he woke me up on the weekdays for school too).

I don't know why Momi really needs so much sleep? Not only because I stay up late but also something else like lacking of energy, maintaining my high body temperature(? One of Dadi's guesses). Sometimes Dadi would say the story about sleepy beauty, but still in vain by trying that way to wake me up. So he just let me sleep all the way that I could and explained that natural wake up should be good for me. When I waked up there was always food for me to eat. That is also another sign of loves from Dadi.

When I was still sleeping, dadi had accomplished many things to help others, such as to feed you in the night or morning when you were a baby. or to take Hai-I uncle to immigration office at 4pm. (Because of that time he went to talk with head of that immigration office, Hai-I's missing documents and his case could be reprocessed to get his PR after Hai-I's lawyer could not push this case through. Is he greater than an attroney, isn't it?
Even many times I felt some of my family did not appreciate, Dadi still tried so hard to help things for my family-another indication of his deep love to momi, and could be the reason that I could sleep without worry.

Now dadi must be able to sleep well. His face was so softly relaxed and smiled when he lay peacefully. Remember you talked to him a lot and saw his smiling face. Now he must be happily living in heaven without pain like all of us believe good persons go to heaven. That world seems great, sometimes I am curious and feel like to know how heaven is.
I am still staying up late and wake up late. I am asking myself should I change this?-It maybe bad to my health especially without food to be eaten after waking up.
