just hello

hi dadi, just wanted to say hello and tell you that i still miss you everyday. i've been so busy with work that i haven't had time to update the blog but i'm sure you hear my thoughts in my head all the time.

i was recently thinking about how you once took me and my friends into the city for my birthday (i think i was 7 years old) and we had so much fun. you took us to FAO Schwartz and Central Park! so whenever i walk around 59th street, i think of you.

also i remember you and momi telling me the story of how momi put my in the backseat of the car when i was a little baby, and then when she closed the door, you drove away by mistake! you thought she was already in the car. then you finally realized she was missing and turned back. funny.

then there are more recent times, like when i lived in SF for the summer and you and momi came to visit. and then you found out my landlord was your friend from before (because you always know so many people) and because you went to go talk to him, he gave me my deposit back earlier (or something like that). somehow you always know so many people or find ways to become friends with everyone around you, because you are always so funny and friendly and nice to them. i like to think that i learned that from you too!

i'll be traveling back to taiwan in May so i will come visit your resting place in bali. until then, you are in my thoughts literally everyday so you can just read my mind! :)

love you dadi and always will.

Right, Dadi had so many friends around the world working in different fields. Besides those attended his fareware ceremony (so many already), there are lots more of dadi's friends whom I was not able to notify in short time because dadi past away so unexpectedly. But no matter those friends being notified or not, they all remember dadi so well and are willing to help even learn dadi's passaway after many years. The recent case is this summer when I(promised to be the chief editor) worried about how to invite some article writers from professionals working for pharmaceutical companies, after my pray I suddenly recall Dadi mentioned one of his friends was a chairman of a reputable Pharma. Co., so I called using the # that Howard found online. This Chairman assigned one of his capable directors to treat this matter as an important project, now their professional employees in 2 different facilities will contribute 2 different articles. If dadi were still alive, he must have asked his friends directly to take care this kind of matter for me. But I believe via. my pray/talk to dadi, he still give helps like this case. Thank dadi!
